To view a summary of new features included in this version, click here. 01 February 2008: Fingerprint Recognition Module available for Video Vision Plus version 9.0 A new fingerprint recognition module is now available for use with Video Vision Plus version 9. The module not only allows staff to quickly login to Video Vision Plus by fingerprint recognition but also allows customers/authorized renters to verify their identity when completing transactions. Full details and pricing for this module will be made available shortly. 11 January 2008: Video Vision InStore version 4.0 Version 4 of Video Vision InStore is now available. Initially this module will be made available to advanced users with a valid upgrade entitlement and will made generally available at the start of February. This version features a large amount of behind the scenes re-structuring necessary to facilitate the next upgrade to Video Vision Reporter and a new multi-store module (proposed for 2008) and a number of feature enhancements most requested by Video Vision Plus users. These include printing of search results, advanced Epson TM series receipt printing options, the option automatically suspend customers with outstanding accounts, additional tax configuration options, the ability to set a grace period for late returns, the ability to fix the prepaid credits awarded for a given price, the ability to work with different measurement units in the barcode label design module, and more. 06 July 2005: Video Vision Plus version 7.1 released!
