Within 24 hours of purchase you will be emailed registration instructions enabling you to download, install and activate the software purchased. No discs, or other materials, will be sent physically to you after purchasing. However, making your own backup installation disc is a simple task - the registration instructions clearly indicate which files should be copied to CD-R in order to have a full backup copy of the software.
Three months of email support are included with purchase of a license for Video Vision Lite. Six months of email support are included with purchase of a license for Video Vision Plus. Purchases of additional terminals/add-on modules do not include program support (unless a currently valid support entitlement is held for Video Vision Plus) other than for initial setup of the new terminal/module purchased. After the support period included with initial purchase has expired you will have the opportunity to purchase ongoing support/support with upgrades on a rolling twelve month basis.
Purchase of a license for Video Vision (or an add-on module where applicable) gives a license for use of the program on a single computer in a single location only. To use the program on more than one computer the appropriate multiple terminal/multiple location license must be purchased.
